Basic Terms
Here's the basic terms of our licensing agreement:
1. eStockMusic.com will market your music on our web site and in industry channels. For licensing transactions that we complete for your content, we pay 40% commission. If you agree to sell your music only at our website, we pay 50% commission.
2. Our publishing is non-exclusive, which means you can also license your tracks to other publishers or licensing agents as desired under the 40% commission level. If you ever need to take down any of your tracks because you wish to enter into an exclusive publishing agreement with another publisher for one or more of your tracks, that's fine, you can do so at any time.
3. You retain all copyright ownership to all of your tracks.
4. Commissions are paid out monthly, when your balance reaches $50 or more, via PayPal or check.
